    +Aardman Animations creates Flipnote Studio animation on Nintendo DSi (Flipnote Studio)
      Aardman Animations LTD. has created an animation using Flipnote Studio on the Nintendo DSi. Aardman Animations is the studio you may know from popular stop-motion animated features like Chicken Run, Creature Comforts and the Wallace & Gromit series. They put their animation skills to play on the Nintendo DSi's free application, Flipnote Studio. It basically works like a flipbook, where you draw out frames using the Stylus. You can also share your creations online.

      The Battlefield: Bad company 2 beta was released today and it weighs in at 912 MB.

      Direct2Drive has announced a permanent price cut for Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV.

    +Plants vs. Zombies nominated for PC Game of the Year (Plants vs Zombies)
      Popcap's casual Zombie tower defense game, Plants vs. Zombies has been nominated for Best PC Game of the Year at the 2009 SpikeTV Video Game Awards. This is the first time that a game from a "casual" studio has gone up against AAA titles from large publishers. Other nominees are Dragon Age: Origins, Left 4 Dead 2, and The Sims 3.

Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is the first title to support the new adhocParty feature available for free via the PlayStation Network.adhocParty for the PSP system is a service which enables PSP owners to play online multiplayer games featuring Adhoc mode over the internet through the PlayStation 3. PSP titles with Adhoc mode traditionally require users to play within close proximity to each other over Wi-Fi, but with adhocParty for the PSP, PSP owners can play anyone in the world through the PlayStation Network.Capcom has promised that further Capcom PSP titles will support this feature in the future...
