A financial affidavit in Shaq's divorce proceedings, obtained by Extra, also reveals that he spends $22,000 on maid service, $17,000 on clothes, $6,730 on dry cleaning, $1,500 on cable, $12,775 on food, and $24,300 on gas — every month! That's just a drop in the bucket when your earnings are almost $2 million a month.

"He was just taking off and to lose his life at such a young age is a tragic loss. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family," he adds.

    +Britney’s bodyguard gives deposition
      While Britney Spearsdid her usual drive-by court appearance on Wednesday, another deposition in her ongoing custody battle with Kevin Federlinetook place. Brit’s former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, gave a deposition of his own at his attorney Gloria Allred’s office.“We discussed several issues, including Britney’s drug use, her nudity and her ability to drive with her children,” Allred tells In Touch. Allred says Barretto’s two-hour deposition was in preparation for her client to testify in the Spears-Federline matter when it goes to trial. “If she were my client, I’d have her in check and she’d be at court on time,” Allred says.On Wednesday, Britney arrived to court and went inside the building, only to turn around and leave minutes later. The pop diva never made it inside to face the commissioner. But she is making progress. On January 14, Britney drove to the front of the courthouse and said she was scared and immediately took off. “She has to be a part of this case,” Allred says. Despite not legally having to be present for these hearings, insiders say Britney has shown no interest in regaining any custody of her children. “She’s in the black hole,” Allred says. “The worst possible position.” But there is some good news for Britney: While her attorneys from the firm of Trope &Trope had filed a request on January 2 to be excused from the case, they are now sticking with Brit. The next hearing date is scheduled for February 4.

    +Mary-Kate Olsen was called before 911
      Mary-Kate Olsenwas the first person who was contacted after a masseuse discovered Heath Ledger's body on Tuesday. After trying to wake Heath, Diana Wolozin used Heath's cell phone to call Mary-Kate in California, because she knew the star was a friend of Heath's. Mary-Kate said she would call some private security people she knew in New York. Wolozin called Mary-Kate one more time before dialing 911. Emergency medical workers arrived at about the same time as Mary-Kate's private security guards. According to police, everyone present fully cooperated with the police.

    +Designing woman Courteney Cox
      Now you'll be able to lounge around with Courteney Coxwhenever you like. That is, with Courteney Cox furniture. According to Perez Hilton, the actress will be launching her own line of furniture. The collection will hopefully debut later this year. No word yet on where the line would be sold or how much it will cost, but Courteney is certainly bucking the trend of celebrity fragrances and fashion lines. Instead of wearing Courteney, you'll be able to sit on her!

    +Grieving Michelle Williams comes home to New York
      Heath Ledger's ex Michelle Williamsreturned to New York yesterday with their 2-year-old daughter, Matilda. The actress, who was filming the movie Mammothin Sweden, flew back upon hearing about Heath's tragic death on Tuesday. She is with family and friends at the Brooklyn home she formerly shared with Heath. Her father, Larry Williams, released this statement yesterday: "I think Tennyson got it right in the poem when he described someone as having died at a young age but burning the candles at both ends, and oh, what a beautiful flame he made. That was Heath, what a beautiful flame he made and a great talent. My heart goes out to everyone in his family and my family. The saddest thing is his daughter whom he just loved dearly."

    +Heath’s body is taken to the funeral home
      Following an inconclusive autopsy this morning, In Touchcan exclusively reveal that the body of actor Heath Ledgerhas been moved from the morgue at the Medical Commissioner’s office to the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Grace Burgess, a spokesperson for the medical commissioner, confirms to In Touch, “The body was picked up this afternoon by the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home.” As for why the body left the morgue, Grace says, “We are still doing tissue and toxicology testing since the autopsy was inconclusive. It could be anywhere from seven to 10 days until the cause of death is out.” George Amato, the general manager of the Frank E .Campbell Funeral Home, tells In Touch, “We have been asked to take care of the body from those who are in charge of him and to remain discreet.”

    +Naomi reacts to Heath's passing
      Naomi Watts' brother Ben called her to break the news regarding the sudden death of her ex-boyfriend Heath Ledger. But, she already knew. "Naomi is just devastated," a close friend of the Watts family tells In Touch. "The whole family is overcome with sadness," the insider adds.

    +Keri pays her respects to Michelle and Heath
      Waitressstar Keri Russellstopped by Michelle Williams' Brooklyn home this afternoon. Michelle's mom, as well as her best friend, actress Busy Philipps, who also happens to be Heath's daughter Matilda's godmother, were inside. "It was very sweet," an eyewitness tells In Touch. "Keri walked up and handed a card to a police officer. She asked him to give it to Michelle's mom before walking away silently," the insider adds.

    +Helena speaks out about Heath
      Model Helena Christensenis speaking out following the shocking death of her former flame, Heath Ledger. "I was on my way over to pay him a visit when I found out," she told Women's Wear Daily. "He was such a special and genuine person, so extraordinarily talented because he was so raw and honest with his feelings. He was so full of life, so electric... this is immensely sad," she adds. Helena goes on to say that the Brokeback Mountainstar was "a sweet, smart and talented young man and he had many friends. My heart goes out to his family. I am just beyond sad at this point, and shocked."

    +Custody orders unchanged: Britney not allowed visitation
      Britney Spearsstill does not have visitation rights to her children with Kevin Federline, the court ruled at today's emergency hearing in the couple's ongoing custody battle. This time, Britney did actually make it into the courthouse, but left only 20 minutes later. K-Fed arrived promptly at 9 a.m. PST, looking very calm, cool and collected and surrounded by bodyguards. By 10:30 a.m. the court had been recessed. On January 21, the troubled pop star spent more than two hours inside the office of Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, for a deposition regarding her past drug and alcohol use, as well as her reported failure to abide by court orders. Britney had lost custody of and visitation rights to her sons Sean Preston and Jayden on January 4, the day after she had a four-hour standoff with the LA police inside her home and was subsequently admitted to the hospital for psychological examination.

    +Diva duet: Tina Turner and Beyoncé
      Two iconic divas from different generations will be sharing a stage for the Grammys this year. Legendary Tina Turnerand legend-in-the-making Beyoncéare set to duet at the February 10 music awards show. While there's no word on what they'll be singing, we're thinking a medley of "What's Love Got to Do With It" and "Crazy in Love"!
