+2009-10 NBA preview: Golden State Warriors
Depending on how one choose to look at this team; the Golden State Warriors are a young team on their way up, or a NBA team that will have to outscore their opponents because they have no one who can play defense. Many of their fans are upset that the team parted ways with GM Chris Mullin. Mullin was the most popular player in this team's history and he has been replaced by Larry Riley, who happens to be a friend of Head Coach Don Nelson.

+2009 MLB season in review: New York Mets
The 2009 season was a terrible disappointment for the New York Mets. They opened a new ballpark, and yet due to injuries they struggled through a very long 162 games. While it is kind of hard to right off an entire MLB season due to bad luck maybe that is exactly what happened to the Mets this year. Their ownership was involved in a financial scam, the management was out of step, and there were many errors and of course the injuries. This is a far better team than their record showed, but as Bill Parcels says, "you are what your record says you are."

+Limbaugh already down a vote in bid to buy Rams

    +What's new at the Olympics?
What's new at the Olympics? For a non-Olympic year, the Olympics have been in the news a lot lately. There's the controversy over whether female ski jumpers should be allowed to compete at the next Winter Games, the debate over which new sports should be added to the programme and the choice of venue for the 2016 Games.

+Armstrong and Contador expected in Paris for 2010 Tour de France unveiling

With 10 seconds left and the game on the line, the Miami Dolphins went with the wildcat.

    +2009-10 NBA preview: Detroit Pistons
No matter what the local spin is, this is a team that is either rebuilding or reloading for anther historic run in the NBA post season. After reaching six straight Eastern Conference Finals the Pistons were swept out of the first round of last year's playoffs by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Over the summer there was much second guessing about the trade that sent Chauncey Billups to Denver for one Allen Iverson. That is a move that clearly did not work, so Piston GM Joe Dumars had to go out and change the way his team is going to play.

    +2009-10 NBA preview: Miami Heat
While it may seem unfair to reduce a season for an entire team to a question about one player, the Miami Heat are going to have to play well enough to persuade All Star Guard Dwayne Wade to resign with the team. The team needs to give Wade some talent to play with, if they do there is no doubt they he could lead them to another NBA title. IF they can put a legitimate team around him, he would be able to shoulder the pressure of leading them towards another title. It really is that simple.

+2009 MLB season in review: Cleveland Indians
For whatever reason the Cleveland Indians cannot seem to get it right. Over the last few years they have had a lot of talent and yet win/loss success seems to elude them. Even when they do win, they got to the post season and exit early. They play in the worst division in baseball and yet they cannot get it done. Over the last two years they have traded away a lot of their weapons looking to get a bunch of prospects in return, they are trying to change up their mix. In the mean time, their on the field product got their manager and coaching staff fired.

+Coyotes sell out home opener, disappoint fans
They called it the whiteout. The Phoenix Coyotes slashed prices for their home opener, and gave away white T-shirts in an effort to not only attract fans to the team, but to give their hockey team an emotional boost. Really though this was an attempt by management to prove that the Coyotes are a viable franchise in Phoenix, Arizona. It does not appear that those efforts were successful, as the Coyotes lost the game, and the fans were merely taking advantage of huge discount.

    +Leafs continue winless ways
Leafs continue winless ways Sean Avery of the New York Rangers celebrates his first goal with the bench against the Toronto Maple Leafs during their game at Madison Square Garden on October 12, 2009 in New York City.

+Season Over for Two Bills Linebackers
