  pkpgcounter parses files and outputs the number ofpages needed to print them. It can also, forcertain file formats, compute the percentage ofink colors covering each page.   Gnocky is an application for managing your mobile phone. It supports setting logos, SMS, and address book management, and uses the user-space mobile driver provided by the gnokii project.   Guitar Trainer is an application for mobile devices that helps musicians learn the fretboard of their stringed instrument thoroughly. It supports guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, mandolin, and cavaquinho (in standard and alternate tunings). It includes a training mode, a game mode, and a tuner.   The libcaca library is a graphics library that outputs text instead of pixels, so that it can work on older video cards or text terminals. It is not unlike the famous AAlib library except it supports colour output. Complete Ruby bindings were added, the C# bindings were fully rewritten, and new Python sample code was added. Libcaca now also builds and runs under Visual Studio.

  NASM is an 80x86 assembler designed for portability and modularity. It supports a range of object file formats including Linux a.out and ELF, COFF, Microsoft 16-bit OBJ and Win32. It will also output plain binary files. Its syntax is designed to be simple and easy to understand, similar to Intel's but less complex. It supports Pentium, P6, MMX, 3DNow! and SSE opcodes, and has macro capability.
